Support for Cloud Marketplace Aerospike customers (offered as a usage based cloud market places like IBM Cloud, Google Cloud etc.): Aerospike Enterprise Support (Premium Support) is available only for customers who are on continuous operation of Aerospike in any such Cloud Marketplace for 90 or more consecutive days. Aerospike Enterprise Support is available 24/7 through our support channels.
In case the continuous operation of Aerospike in any such Cloud Marketplace is less than 90 consecutive days, customers can avail support through our community support via our forum at https://discuss.aerospike.
