Being a part of the support team, I am the lucky few who are interacting with the customers and helping them make the best use of the product. It makes you excited to learn and apply the knowledge leading to both customer and individual satisfaction. An excellent backbone of engineers is what makes the experience worthwhile.

You work as a team to get over any hurdle that comes our way. Bugs and fixes are part and parcel of any software, its the resolution process that makes all the difference in the overall quality of the product.
